Slani mafini sa semenkama * Salty Digestive Muffins


Evo jednog recepta za izuzetno zdrav slani mini-obrok, prepun semenki bogatih antioksidansima i vlakana koji veoma blagotvorno deluju na varenje.

Here is a recipe for a very healthy snack, brimming with anti-oxidant packed seeds and fibers with digestion enhancing properties.



Sastojci:
Ingredients:
(mera je čaša od 200 ml)
4 jaja
1 čaša kefira
1/3 čaše maslinovog ulja
1/2 čaše prosenog griza
1/2 čaše ovsenih mekinja
1/2 čaše belog brašna
1/2  čaše integralnog brašna
1/3 čaše ovsenih pahuljica
3 kašike lanenog semena
1 kašika crnog susama
2 kašike belog susama
2 kašike sirovog semena suncokreta
1 prašak za pecivo
prstohvat soli
kim za posipanje

(unit of measure is a 200ml glass)
4 eggs
1 glass kefir
1/3 glass olive oil
1/2 glass millet semolina
1/2 glass oat bran
1/2  glass plain flour
1/2 glass integral flour
1/3 glass rolled oats
3 tablespoons flax seed
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
2 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds
12 g baking powder
a pinch of salt
caraway seeds for the topping


Uključiti rernu na 200 stepeni. Pripremiti pleh za mafine i postaviti papirne korpice.

Turn the oven on at 200 degrees C. Prepare a muffin pan and place paper cups in it.


Dobro umutiti jaja, pa dodavati naizmenično suve i tečne sastojke, mešajući sve vreme. Na kraju dodati semenke. Sipati u dozer za mafine, ili koristiti kutlaču. Puniti papirne korpice do pola, pa na kraju posuti kimom.

Mix the eggs well, and then keep adding dry and liquid ingredients in turn, mixing all the time. Finally add the seeds. Pour the batter into a muffin dispenser, or use a ladle. Fill the paper cups half-way and sprinkle some caraway seeds on the top.


Peći na 200 stepeni 35 minuta, ili dok lepo ne porumene.

Bake at 200 degrees C for 35 minutes, or until they get golden brown.


Odlični su i vrući i hladni, a sjajno idu uz jogurt ili kefir.


They are excellent hot or cold, and they go well with yogurt or kefir.
